What is your refund policy?

When you book your bus with us, you will put down a deposit that is equal to about 10% of the cost of your Mobile bus rental (the exact amount varies by provider). This deposit is nonrefundable, but you can get everything else you have paid so far back up to 72 hours before your trip date. 

What is and isn’t included in my price quote?

Your quote includes use of your Mobile charter bus and a driver, mileage, fuel, processing fees, and full coverage insurance. However, your quote does not include parking fees or tolls. Can I drive my bus if I have a CDL?

For your safety and convenience, we do not allow renters to drive their own bus. 

Do you offer long-term shuttles?
